Trinity Supplies ships packages Monday through Friday. We ship most orders the next business day before 5 pm Eastern time. Most items are available for international shipping. Please contact us for more information. Also, please note customs fees/taxes may be due for international orders before the item is delivered. These are charged and calculated by the destination country and are at the responsibility and expense of the recipient.
Free Economy Shipping (Standard Shipping Method) typically takes 3-5 business days.
Expedited (USPS Priority Mail or UPS) typically takes 2-3 business days and costs $7.99.
*We make every effort to ship your product according to the estimated lead times. However, other factors such as verification of payment, your shipping location, and product availability, may cause some orders to be delayed. Remember that these estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves our facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond our control once your order leaves our facilities, we cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the delivery method you specify.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to shipping an order back. Once contacted, we will be happy to provide a refund for reasons listed in our policy within 30 days of your purchase. We will provide RMA # by email for you to attach to your original order and box for return. Once the item has been delivered to us and inspected, we will provide a refund if warranted. We will not provide a full refund on an item that has been opened, software with a viewable product key or software that has been opened. Software can be returned if it is in the full retail box and never opened. If we accidentally ship you a product other than how it was advertised on our site, we will either refund you or provide a replacement to make the order correct.
Any Digital License Key Code that is purchased will NOT be refunded as it is considered USED since there is no way for us to check if it has been Installed/Activated or not.

To process and ship your order, we need your name, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and email address. This information is stored on a secure server to allow us to process subsequent orders more quickly. We do not store credit card information.
Billing / Credit Card Charges:
Trinity Supplies will bill your credit card in real time as soon as you place your order. Our credit card processing authorizes and charges a customer based on when the order is placed. We can process a refund if the order does not ship or is not delivered or has been cancelled.
Pricing & Product Availability:
We attempt to ship all of our products the same day with the advertised price. Because of market fluctuations and the time it takes to update the website, products may not always be in stock or available. We will do our best to update the website as to current availability and estimated arrival dates.
In the event a product is listed incorrectly due to typographical error, Trinity Supplies reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product. If you have received the product, Trinity Supplies will accept the return of UNOPENED software for a full refund.
Trinity Supplies reserves the right to deny the return of any product we deem tampered with or used at our discretion. Download orders - Once the download order has been sent with a product key, we will not refund the order. In the event that you have issues with your product key, we will send you a new key to make sure your product is working correctly. There is a 0 refund policy on download orders; however, we will make sure the download works.
These return policies are industry standard for all software and media products due to piracy issues.
